At La Belle, Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse or normal wear and tear.
